The property is under a complex ownership structure. There are two main companies at play.
White Oak Partners (WOP) owns the property. The association is in direct contact with Mike Maerz who is Vice President of Asset Management. White Oak Partners' site is available here.
White Oak Partners hired The Excelsior Group (TEG) to manage the Burlington property. The on-site staff for the Burlington includes Marco Torres (Senior Business Manager) who is the Property Manager and Alfredo Almendarez who is Head of Maintenance. Excelsior corporate includes Deanne Logan who is Portfolio Manager and Heather Fleetham who is Vice President of Operations. TEG is based out of St. Louis Park, MN. The association maintains direct contact with all office personnel as well as the aforementioned corporate personnel. Excelsior's site is available here.
